Basic Evaluation
This is a 75 minute long appointment required for all new patients. Intake forms will be provided and must be completed beforehand. During this consultation, you will discuss your health history, concerns, and any questions you have. Please call or email our patient support line to set up a consultation.
Comprehensive Consultation with Testing
If you decide to move forward after your initial consultation, blood work can be ordered upon your request. This consultation cost includes both your blood testing and a 90 minute session with Dr. Restuccia. You will then discuss the complete blood testing results during the examination, review your comprehensive health questionnaire, and receive any nutritional recommendations, therapies, and purposes for future testing.
Evaluations
This appointment lasts 90 minutes with Dr. Restuccia and is scheduled at patient request.
It includes a single assessment, review of comprehensive health questionnaire, and current health.
Please note that our calendar gets booked months out and partners are given priority in scheduling.
